Can the AI send messages to customers on its own?
No. Anything customer-facing — sending messages, publishing Pages, etc. — requires approval. The AI only drafts; sending and publishing wait for a user to approve.
Can I see the rationale behind each AI suggestion?
Every suggestion comes with "why now," "sources referenced," and a confidence score. From the suggestion card you can drill into Room messages, view logs, and phase requirements.
How do I add a custom Skill?
You add a Skill definition that includes its prompt, tools, and trigger conditions. Today this still requires SDK / development support, so Customer Success helps with setup. Once registered, the Skill can also be invoked from external AI tools via MCP.
How secure is the MCP integration?
Each MCP token can be scoped to specific read/write permissions and target Rooms. Every access is recorded in the audit log, and Workspace admins can revoke tokens at any time.
How do you prevent bad suggestions from accumulating?
Reasons for rejections and edit requests stay in the audit log, so trends are easy to review. To improve quality, workspace admins can tune the prompts or Skill definitions.
