FAQ
Can the AI send messages to customers on its own?
No. In Rooms with clients, sending messages and creating or updating tasks always wait for your approval, whatever the autonomy setting. Shared page updates may run without approval at the highest autonomy level.
Can I see the rationale behind each AI suggestion?
Answers include links to the original records they used, such as meeting notes, messages, and pages, so you can check them.
Does it use information from the web?
Not by default. It does only if a workspace admin turns it on in settings.
How secure is the MCP integration?
Each MCP token can be limited to read or write access, and workspace admins can revoke tokens at any time.
Could a wrong suggestion reach the client as is?
In Rooms with clients, sending messages and creating or updating tasks reach the client only after you check the draft and approve it. Only shared page updates may run without approval, at the highest autonomy level.
