What is Terasu
Terasu is a digital sales room built by Koromo, Inc. Sellers and client teams share proposals and project materials in a Room, see who viewed what, run a mutual action plan together, and message each other in context — with AI agents that draft work for a human to approve, not to act unsupervised.
Core features
- Rooms — A shared workspace per deal or client project where both sides see the same documents, tasks, and updates.
- Document view analytics — See who opened a shared document, which pages they read, and for how long — down to per-viewer, per-page detail.
- Mutual action plans — A shared plan of tasks assigned to both your team and the client, so next steps are visible to everyone instead of living in one person's inbox.
- Stakeholder map — A visual map of the buying or project group, with each person's role, influence, and sentiment.
- AI agent drafts with approval — Agents can draft replies, summaries, and follow-ups from Room activity. Every draft is queued for a human to review and approve before it is sent.
- Messaging — In-context messaging with @mentions inside each Room, so discussion stays attached to the documents and tasks it's about.

Terasu has a free plan and four paid tiers, billed monthly in Japanese yen (JPY). Paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
- Free — up to 2 users, 3 rooms, 500MB storage
- Solo — 1 seat, 10 rooms, 5GB storage
- Starter — includes 3 users, 30 rooms, 10GB storage
- Business — includes 10 users, unlimited rooms, 50GB storage, CRM integration
- Enterprise — custom users, SSO, audit logs, unlimited workspaces
Languages
The Terasu product interface and this website are available in Japanese and English.
Security
- All traffic is encrypted with TLS in transit; data at rest is encrypted with AES-256
- OAuth 2.0 authentication and role-based access control (RBAC), with fine-grained permissions at the room level
- Mandatory code review and regular dependency vulnerability scans, with practices aligned to the OWASP Top 10
