You can view them at two levels: each Room's home dashboard and the workspace-wide portfolio dashboard.
What KPIs are available?
Active Rooms, open and overdue tasks, file view time, the client’s median time to reply, and projects needing attention, among others.
What does the access event log capture?
File views, downloads, and similar actions are recorded in time order, so you can use them for handoffs and reviews.
Do managers and reps see different scopes?
Which Rooms you see depends on your workspace permissions and the Rooms you belong to.
Can I spot stalled projects on the dashboard?
Yes. The dashboard list puts projects the client hasn’t visited for the longest first, each with a next step. The “Needs attention” view in the Room list can sort by health.
