Frequently asked questions
What units can I view reports in?
You can view them at two levels: each Room's home dashboard and the workspace-wide portfolio dashboard.
What KPIs are available?
Active client project count, view counts, count of client projects with declining health, per-project health scores, per-member engagement, and task progress (MAP completion) — all aggregated.
What does the access event log capture?
Room entries, file views and downloads, message activity, and more — all in chronological order. Use it as project-activity evidence for handoffs and audits.
Do managers and reps see different scopes?
Visible Rooms depend on workspace member permissions. Managers see every client project in their org; reps see the client projects they're directly involved in.
Is there a connection with AI Agent?
Client projects flagged "declining health" by Project Health surface at the top of the portfolio dashboard automatically. AI Agent suggestion counts and approval status will appear there too in a future release.
