Scoring formula
Blends view completion, avg view time, view count, engagement, and progress correlation. Weights are configurable.
Key capabilities
Content scoring (0–100)
Combines five signals — completion rate, average dwell time, view count, client project involvement, and progress correlation — into a single 0–100 score per material. "How much is this material working?" becomes a number you can see at a glance.
Correlation with completed projects
Automatically surfaces the materials that completed projects consistently consumed. Identify "high-impact content" and unlock insights that raise the whole team's proposal quality.
Per-page heatmaps across client projects
For any single material, visualize page-level engagement across multiple client projects as a heatmap. See which pages attract the most attention to guide structural improvements.

Frequently asked questions
How many client projects of data do I need before scores are reliable?
Progress-correlation scoring starts to become meaningful around 10 completed projects. With fewer, completion rate and dwell time carry most of the weight.
How do I adjust the scoring weights?
From workspace settings, change the weight (0–100) of each signal. Tune for what you value: "emphasize progress correlation," "emphasize dwell time," and so on.
Will the score differ from client project to client project?
Content score = a cross-project evaluation. Engagement score = a single-project evaluation. Use both together to make decisions.
Can content other than PDFs be scored?
PDFs, PPTX files, videos, and Pages can all be scored, using the appropriate engagement method for each format.
How do I share high-impact content with new reps?
From the ranking screen you can mark content as "recommended," and new reps see those at the top of their library view. Managers can also enforce this across the team.
