See your customer's org structure at a glance
Map the relationships between decision-makers, influencers, and champions with drag-and-drop. Give the team a shared view of the client project's key people.
Client projects move the moment you understand who's who
Decision-makers, Champions, opponents, legal — get the team aligned on who moves whom.
- 01
Know who the decision-maker is
Visualize the org chart and influence to identify decision-makers, champions, and technical evaluators. Don't miss the key people from the very first meeting.
- 02
Capture each person's stance (advocate / neutral / skeptic)
Tag each stakeholder with one of three sentiment levels. "Who do we bring along?" and "Who needs more explanation?" become a shared answer.
- 03
Share and update as a team
Every Room member can view and edit. When a new stakeholder appears, just add a node.
See relationships, influence, and stance on a single screen
Set role, influence, and sentiment per node, then label the connections to represent the org structure. Get the whole team aligned on every player in the client project.

Key capabilities
Drag-and-drop relationship mapping
On a ReactFlow-based canvas, draw connections between stakeholders by drag-and-drop and label the edges to describe the relationship.
Roles, departments, and influence at a glance
For each node, set the role (decision-maker, champion, technical evaluator, etc.), influence (high / medium / low), and sentiment (positive / skeptical, etc.).
Add context with sticky notes
Stick notes to the map to capture meeting takeaways or watch-outs — color-code to keep them organized.
Embed inside a Page
Embed the map as read-only inside a proposal or account-summary Page. "Edit in full screen" jumps to the detail editor.
Auto-saved layout
Node positions and edge settings save automatically, so the map looks the same next time you open it.
Share across the team
Every Room member can view and edit the map, giving the whole client work team a shared picture of the customer's organization.

Frequently asked questions
How many people can I map per Room?
There's no practical ceiling per Room. Add nodes as client project size demands and organize them by influence and role.
Can customers see the map?
By default, the map is internal-only. When embedded in a Page, it inherits the Page's permissions, so you can share with the customer. Use it both for internal analysis and customer-facing presentation.
What if new stakeholders show up mid-project?
Just drag-and-drop a new node. With AI Agent connected, it detects new stakeholders from meeting notes and asks "Should I add them?" — approval-gated.
Can I leverage CRM contacts?
CRM-pulled client project information links to the Room, but the org-chart nodes are designed to be created and edited manually inside the Room.
How do I decide sentiment (advocate / neutral / skeptic)?
The rep tags it manually based on meetings and engagement data. You can also leave a reason so the team has the context.
