FAQ
How many people can I map per Room?
Up to 100 people (nodes) per Room. Add them as the project grows and organize them by influence and role.
Can customers see the map?
It is internal only. Even when embedded in a Page, the map’s contents are not shown to client members.
What if new stakeholders show up mid-project?
Just add a node. Paste notes into Smart Intake to get suggestions about stakeholders; approved suggestions are placed on the map as sticky notes.
Can I leverage CRM contacts?
CRM-pulled client project information links to the Room, but the org-chart nodes are designed to be created and edited manually inside the Room.
How is sentiment (positive, skeptical, and so on) decided?
The owner sets it by hand, based on meetings and view records.
