Google Calendar integration

With Google Calendar connected, your day appears on the Today timeline and each event is linked to the matching deal room. When you schedule a meeting from a room, it is also added to your calendar and invitations are sent to the participants.

The connection belongs to your user account, not to a workspace. You connect once, and it applies across every workspace you belong to.

Add the Google Calendar integration

  1. Open My Page from the account menu in the top right
  2. Scroll to the Personal integrations section at the bottom of the page
  3. On the Google Calendar card, click Connect Google Calendar
  4. Choose the Google account you want to connect
  5. Grant the requested permission (leaving it unchecked prevents the connection)
  6. You return to My Page; the card now shows Connected

If you clear the permission checkbox, you will see "We could not connect because a required permission was not granted. Please reconnect and keep the permission checked."

What we read

ItemDetail
WindowFrom one day in the past to 30 days ahead
EventsBy default only events that contain a meeting URL. You can switch to all events
CalendarYour primary calendar

We read the events in that window but store only the ones matching your sync selection; the rest are discarded without being stored. The default keeps private appointments out of the workspace. You can change the sync selection any time from the same card on My Page.

Linking events to deal rooms

Synced events are matched to deal rooms using the email domains of external participants. High-confidence matches are linked automatically, and you can undo each one from the summary row on the Today page. To link manually, use Link to a room… on the meeting card.

Events with no external participants are never suggested a room.

Remove the Google Calendar integration

  1. Open My Page
  2. On the Google Calendar card in Personal integrations, click Disconnect
  3. Confirm in the dialog

Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and stops all syncing. We also attempt to revoke access on the Google side; in case that fails, you can confirm and revoke it from your Google Account as well. Event data already synced is deleted after the workspace's retention period when one is configured; if no retention period is set, it is kept until the workspace is deleted or a deletion request is made.

You can also review or revoke access from your Google Account's connected apps by selecting Terasu and removing its access.
