CRM Integration
The CRM integration feature is currently in beta development. Some behavior may be unstable. Please evaluate carefully before using it in production.
When you set up CRM integration, you can automatically sync customer activity data generated in Terasu Rooms to your CRM/SFA.
Synced data
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| Room entry | When an external member enters a Room |
| File views | When a file in a Room is viewed |
| Messages | Posts to a Room's message thread |
| Task updates | Task status changes and completions |

Supported CRMs
| CRM | Description |
|---|---|
| HubSpot | Records activity on contacts and deals in HubSpot CRM |
| Salesforce | Records activity on accounts and opportunities in Salesforce CRM |
| kintone | Records activity data in kintone apps |
Connection types
CRM integration has two connection levels.
| Connection level | Description | Where to set it |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace connection | A fallback connection for the entire workspace | Workspace settings → Integrations |
| Personal connection | A connection to each individual's CRM account | Profile settings |
If a personal connection exists, it takes precedence. If there's no personal connection, the workspace connection is used.
Set up a workspace connection
- Open workspace settings → "Integrations"
- Click "Connect" for the CRM you want (HubSpot / Salesforce / kintone)
- Log in on the CRM's authorization screen and grant permissions
- Return to the Terasu screen and confirm the connection is complete
Set up a personal connection
- Open profile settings (top-right icon → "Profile settings")
- In the "CRM Integration" section, select the CRM you want to connect
- Approve on the authorization screen
Room-level CRM integration
From the "CRM Integration" section of the Room settings page, you can specify the CRM record (deal/opportunity) where that Room's activity is logged.
By linking each Room to its corresponding deal, you can track "which file was viewed in which deal" within your CRM.
Disconnect the integration
- Open workspace settings → "Integrations"
- Click "Disconnect" for the CRM you want to remove
- Select "Disconnect" in the confirmation dialog
Disconnecting the integration does not delete data that has already been recorded in your CRM.
