Agent Inbox
Workspace Agent Inbox is where you approve or reject pending actions across Rooms. It is not in the main nav. Open it from a project-health alert labelled Inbox.
The hero is the workspace Agent Inbox at 1280. The chat launcher at the bottom-right of a Room is not a substitute for this screen. Room /activity is also not a daily entry. Use the decision timeline for what happened in a case.
Opening it
- Open Inbox from an Insights or project-health alert.
- The digest calendar is on top. Pending proposal cards are below.
The heading is Agent Inbox. Only days with a digest are pressable. Days without a digest are not buttons.
Approving a proposal
Task proposals use Approve. Outline proposals use Approve and generate. Both names include the title and require a second click. While a request is in flight the control stays focusable and says it cannot be pressed.

| Approve / Approve and generate | Review, then press again to run |
| Reject | Discard the proposal. Also confirmed on a second click |
| Retry | Run again after a failed execution |
Actions with side effects do not run until they are approved.
