Setting Up LINE Integration
Workspace Settings → Integrations connects the LINE Messaging API. After connecting, paste the webhook URL into LINE Developers.
The screenshot is the administrator view. Connect and disconnect are available to workspace admins only.
Before you start
- Sign in to LINE Developers
- Choose a provider (or create one)
- Prepare a Messaging API channel
- Copy the channel ID, channel secret, and long-lived channel access token
Connect Terasu
- Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar
- Choose Settings
- Under Integrations, open Integrations
- Click Connect LINE
- Enter the channel ID, channel secret, and channel access token
- Click Connect LINE
When it is not connected, the copy reads "LINE Messaging API is not connected yet".
Set the webhook URL
After connecting, Webhook URL is shown.
- Click Copy
- Open Messaging API settings in LINE Developers
- Paste the URL and save
- Turn webhook use on
The webhook URL is unique per workspace. You cannot share one LINE channel across workspaces.
While connected

Disconnect
- Click Disconnect in LINE integration
- Confirm with Disconnect (or Cancel)
Disconnecting stops inbound LINE messages. Past messages stay in Terasu.
