Theme and Usage
Theme settings
You can customize the appearance of your workspace.
- Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar to open the menu
- Select "Settings"
- From the settings page sidebar, open "Theme"
- Select the theme you want
- The change takes effect immediately
Theme types
| Theme | Description |
|---|---|
| Light | A bright appearance based on white |
| Dark | An eye-friendly appearance with a dark background |
| System | Automatically follows your OS setting |
You can also change your personal theme setting from the profile screen. The theme in workspace settings specifies the default appearance.
Check your usage
You can check your resource usage against your current plan in real time.
- Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar to open the menu
- Select "Settings"
- From the settings page sidebar, open "Usage"
- The usage and limit for each resource are displayed
Metrics you can check
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Rooms | Created Rooms / plan limit |
| Pages | Created pages / plan limit |
| Files | Uploaded files / plan limit |
| Storage | Used capacity / plan limit |
| Members | Current members / plan limit |
When your usage reaches the plan limit, creating new Rooms and files is restricted. As you approach the limit, consider upgrading your plan.
