Understanding the Engagement Report
The engagement report visualizes the activity of your Room members so you can measure the effectiveness of your proposals.

Accessing the Report
- Open the Room
- Click the "Analytics" tab
- The engagement report appears
Report Metrics
Activity Summary
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total views | The number of times content in the Room was viewed |
| Unique viewers | The number of members who viewed content |
| Average viewing time | The average viewing time per view |
| Last access | The date and time the Room was last accessed |
Per-Member Analysis
You can review the following information for each member.
- View count: The number of times they opened a file
- Viewing time: The viewing time for each file
- Last access: The date and time they last accessed
Files with longer viewing times may contain content your customer is especially interested in. Use this to prioritize your follow-ups.
Putting the Data to Use
- Prioritizing deals: Customers who access frequently are showing high interest
- Improving content: Consider revising pages with short viewing times
- Follow-up timing: Reach out based on the last access date and time
Relationship to Deal Health
On Business plans and above, "Deal Health" also appears on the same report page. The engagement report shows behavioral data such as views and viewing time, while Deal Health turns that data into a score for deal stalls and risk.
| What you want to check | Where to look |
|---|---|
| Who viewed which materials and for how long | Engagement report |
| Whether the deal is on track or needs attention | Deal Health |
| Whether there is a risk that needs immediate action | Deal Health's "Detected alerts" |
When an alert appears, use "Draft AI action" in Deal Health to add a next-action proposal to Agent Inbox.
Analytics data is visible only to Room owners and editors. It is not visible to external customers.
