Plan and Billing Management
This article explains how to check your current plan, upgrade, and manage billing information.

Check your current plan
- Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar to open the menu
- Select "Settings"
- From the settings page sidebar, open "Plan"
- Your current plan name and usage are displayed

Upgrade your plan
- Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar to open the menu
- Select "Settings"
- From the settings page sidebar, open "Plan"
- Click "Upgrade" on the plan you want
- Enter your payment information on the Stripe checkout screen (first time only)
- Click "Upgrade"
Annual plans are about 20% cheaper than monthly plans.
Manage billing information
You can review invoices and change your payment method from the Stripe customer portal.
- Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar to open the menu
- Select "Settings"
- From the settings page sidebar, open "Billing"
- Click "Open Stripe portal"
- Review invoices or change your payment method on the Stripe screen
Downgrade your plan
- Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar to open the menu
- Select "Settings"
- From the settings page sidebar, open "Plan"
- Select the plan to downgrade to
- Check that your current usage doesn't exceed the limits
- Click "Downgrade"
If a downgrade causes your current usage to exceed the plan's limits, creating new Rooms and uploading files will be restricted. Existing data is not deleted.
