- Switch between the "Internal members" tab and the "External members" tab
Roles

| Administrator | Member invitations, Room management, some settings changes |
| Member | Using Rooms, editing content |
Inviting a member
- Click "Invite member"
- Enter the email address
- Select a role
- Click "Invite"
Members who have been invited but haven't joined yet appear as "Pending." You can also cancel an invitation.
External members
In the "External members" tab, you can view a list of customers and partners invited to Rooms. You can narrow the list with search and filters.
Setting allowed domains
You can restrict invitations to only users with specific email domains.
- Select "Basic settings" from the settings page sidebar
- Open the "Security" section
- Add a domain to "Allowed domains" (e.g.,
example.com) - Click "Add"
Adding your company domain to the allowed domains makes inviting internal members smoother.
When you set allowed domains, you can no longer invite email addresses with domains that aren't on the list. Domain restrictions don't apply to inviting external customers.
