Deal Health

Deal health uses AI to automatically score the state of each Room's deal and detect stalls and risks early. It does not add a new sidebar menu; it appears inside the dashboard, Room report, and workspace settings.

Deal health on the dashboard

Health Levels

Each Room is evaluated across the following four levels.

LevelMeaning
On trackThe deal is progressing actively
Mostly healthyNo major issues, but worth watching
Needs attentionSigns of stalling; follow-up recommended
Action requiredThe deal is likely in a critical state

Calculating a score requires a certain amount of viewing data. Rooms with insufficient data are classified as "Insufficient data."

Reviewing on the Dashboard

The "Deal Health" card on the dashboard shows the health distribution across your entire workspace as a bar chart.

  • Color bar: Visualizes the number of Rooms at each level as a proportion
  • Action-required badge: Displays a count when one or more Rooms require action
  • View details: Click to see the number of Rooms with insufficient data and the total Room count

Reviewing in the Room Report

The deal health for each Room is shown at the bottom of that Room's "Report" page.

ItemDescription
Health gaugeThe current score and evaluation level
Score breakdownThe score for each axis, such as activity and engagement
Score trendThe health score trend over the last 30 days

Responding to Alerts

In "Detected alerts," you can review each alert's severity, status, detected time, evidence data, and suggested action.

ActionDescription
Draft AI actionUses the alert and Room context to add an action proposal to Agent Inbox
Mark doneMarks the alert as handled and removes it from the current attention list

"Draft AI action" turns a detected risk into the next seller action. The generated proposal appears in Agent Inbox, where you can review, edit, and approve it.
