Contact support and read replies

Use help at the bottom right of the app to find an article. If it does not solve the problem, you can contact support in the same panel.

Report a bug or request an improvement

  1. Sign in and open the bottom-right button
  2. Choose Contact support from the “…” menu. In the article list, users without AI access can use the support action in the heading. If you can return to AI, go back and choose “…” → Contact support
  3. Choose the action to start a new request, then enter a category, title and details
  4. Review your message and send it

Choose a bug report or an improvement request. Titles allow 100 characters and details allow 5,000. Describe what you did and the result you expected. Do not include passwords, API keys or other secrets.

Each user can create five requests per hour. Check the sent confirmation. If the service is unavailable or a network error appears, follow the displayed guidance.

Read and send replies

Open a request in the support list to read the conversation. Unread replies have a count; opening the conversation marks them as read. The list contains only your own requests, including those you sent in another Workspace.

Send additional information from the reply field. Replies allow 5,000 characters, with twenty replies per user per hour. Replying to a resolved request reopens it. If an email notification does not arrive, check the app's support list.

Contact us before signing in

For sign-in problems or sales questions, use the contact form. Enter your name, email, category and message, with an optional company name. These inquiries do not appear in the in-app support list. The form allows five inquiries per source IP per hour. The help home also provides an email contact action.

Rate a help article

At the end of an article, choose Yes or No to answer whether it helped. After No, you can select a reason or skip it. An article rating does not open a support conversation or request a personal reply. Use Contact support when you need an answer.

MCP submissions use the same support, reply and contact services as the screen. See MCP operations and limits for confirmation, shared rate limits and reconciling unknown outcomes.
