Share multiple documents as a set

Registered Terasu Signal users can send multiple PDFs through one document-set link. For files inside a Room, see Room material sets.

Create a set

In the library’s document-set section, choose the create-set action, enter a title and description, and select the documents. Open the set detail page to manage it.

Add, reorder or remove documents

Add documents on the set detail page. Use the up and down actions to change the reading order. Removing a document from the set does not delete the document itself. If an action is unavailable, such as removing the final document, read the displayed reason.

Share the set

Create a shared link from the set detail page and choose its access conditions. Preview is available when the set has an active shared link. Check the selected documents and their order before sending the URL.

Review viewing activity

The set’s comparison view shows who read each document. Set sessions can include visits to the cover alone, so their total may differ from the sum of document-level sessions. Check the availability indicator for any private document.
